EMI Mesh Product Range

1.0  Overview

Visiontek Systems offer a range of woven meshes for shielded windows, apertures and displays where an electronic enclosure requires shielding from electromagnetic interference (EMI) or is emitting electromagnetic energy which may cause interference with another system but requires a high level of visible light transmission or image clarity.

 

2.0  Product Range

Blackened 100 opi copper is a rugged mesh that is recommended for standalone use

EmiClareMesh is Visiontek Systems proprietary mesh optimised for optical performance without sacrificing EMI performance. EmiClare provides less image distortion (moiré fringing) and higher light transmission than other similar products whilst maintaining excellent EMI shielding effectiveness

EmiClare MicroMesh 2™ offers the combined benefits of a low surface resistance conductive grid and a high transmission moiré optimized design.  The double side blackened metal deposition process used in the production of EmiClare Micro Mesh leaves the aperture clear.  This allows single side lamination to the rear of touchscreens and cover glass or as a drop-in filter in suitable applications and environments

Conventional plated and blackened stainless steel metal meshes are also available
